Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to XRECEIPT, including the website at xreceipt.store and the dashboard at app.xreceipt.store.

By accessing XRECEIPT, using the dashboard, generating receipts, using free or paid features, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use XRECEIPT.

1. What XRECEIPT is

XRECEIPT is a receipt generator and reseller dashboard that provides editable receipt templates, email receipt templates, selected paper receipt templates, receipt history, Listing Analyzer tools, vendor directory access, and related reseller workflow tools.

xreceipt.store is the marketing website. app.xreceipt.store is the dashboard/web app.

XRECEIPT is an independent software tool. XRECEIPT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any brand, retailer, marketplace, payment provider, shipping company, or third-party platform displayed, mentioned, or referenced inside the product.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, and company names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification, template reference, compatibility, and descriptive purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, to purchase or use paid XRECEIPT features.

By using XRECEIPT, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use the service and that your use will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. License types and access

XRECEIPT may offer different access types, including:

  • Free access or free receipt generation
  • Single Receipt access
  • Premium lifetime dashboard access
  • Temporary or promotional licenses
  • Other limited offers shown inside the dashboard

Premium lifetime access means access to the Premium dashboard features currently offered at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms. It does not mean that every future feature, template, integration, tool, or third-party service must be included forever.

Premium access currently includes features such as unlimited receipts, no watermark, receipt history, Listing Analyzer, full vendor directory access, and use on up to 2 personal devices, unless stated differently at checkout.

License keys are personal to the purchaser. You may not share, resell, rent, publish, leak, distribute, transfer, or commercially exploit a license key.

XRECEIPT may bind a license key to a limited number of personal devices or browser/device identifiers to prevent account sharing and abuse. If you need a legitimate device reset, contact support.

4. Free access

XRECEIPT may offer one free receipt or limited free access so users can test the dashboard before purchasing.

Free access may include limitations such as watermarking, limited templates, limited vendor directory preview, limited receipt history, or other restrictions.

Free access may be changed, limited, paused, or removed at any time to prevent abuse.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use XRECEIPT only for lawful, personal, educational, novelty, internal workflow, design, reference, testing, or reseller organization purposes.

You must not use XRECEIPT to:

  • Commit fraud or assist fraud
  • Deceive buyers, sellers, marketplaces, payment providers, retailers, banks, delivery companies, or any other third party
  • Obtain refunds, returns, reimbursements, warranty claims, chargebacks, insurance claims, account approvals, or financial benefits through false or misleading information
  • Create, submit, or distribute documents as genuine proof of purchase when they are not
  • Impersonate a real retailer, marketplace, brand, payment provider, or customer
  • Misrepresent an order, payment, shipment, purchase, or transaction
  • Break the rules of any marketplace, retailer, payment provider, or third-party platform
  • Upload or generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content
  • Scrape, copy, clone, reverse engineer, bypass, exploit, or interfere with the dashboard
  • Bypass license checks, watermarks, device limits, checkout flows, or access restrictions
  • Share private vendor directory information outside the dashboard
  • Resell XRECEIPT access or use it as part of an unauthorized competing service

You are fully responsible for how you use any output generated with XRECEIPT.

XRECEIPT may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without refund if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, shared a license, attempted to bypass protections, opened abusive disputes, or used the service in a prohibited way.

6. Receipt templates and supported stores

XRECEIPT may support templates for selected stores, marketplaces, or brands.

Template availability can change at any time. XRECEIPT may add, remove, rename, redesign, limit, or update templates without notice.

A listed store, brand, or marketplace does not mean XRECEIPT is affiliated with it.

We do not guarantee that any template will match a real-world receipt, invoice, order confirmation, email, layout, font, design, metadata, or format exactly.

7. Listing Analyzer

The Listing Analyzer may provide suggestions related to listing quality, title quality, description quality, photos, details, pricing, or selling potential.

Listing Analyzer results are informational only. They are not guarantees of sales, marketplace performance, account standing, ranking, visibility, buyer interest, or profit.

You are responsible for your own listings, pricing, descriptions, photos, and marketplace compliance.

8. Vendor directory

The vendor directory is provided as an informational dashboard feature.

XRECEIPT does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, reliability, availability, legality, or current activity of any listed vendor or third-party source.

XRECEIPT is not responsible for any purchase, communication, transaction, shipment, payment, dispute, loss, scam, delay, or issue involving a third-party vendor, seller, agent, marketplace, or external website.

Vendor directory access may be limited to Premium users and may be updated, reorganized, reduced, expanded, blurred, or removed at any time.

9. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment and checkout providers, including SellAuth and any payment processors made available through the checkout.

XRECEIPT does not store full card numbers, banking details, or payment credentials.

You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. If you enter the wrong email address, contact support as soon as possible. We may ask for proof of payment before resending a license or changing delivery details.

Prices, offers, and included features may change at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.

Refunds are handled under the separate Refund Policy available on the website.

10. Account security and license protection

You are responsible for keeping your license key, email inbox, browser, and device secure.

You must not post, share, leak, sell, or distribute your license key.

If a license key is detected as shared, abused, resold, leaked, used on too many devices, or used in a prohibited way, XRECEIPT may suspend or terminate the license without refund.

Device resets are handled at our discretion and may be refused if abuse is suspected.

11. Service availability

XRECEIPT may experience downtime, maintenance, bugs, delays, third-party checkout issues, email delivery delays, hosting issues, database issues, or temporary feature interruptions.

We may update, redesign, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of every feature, or compatibility with every browser, device, operating system, email client, or third-party website.

12. Support

Support is provided through the contact method listed on the website or dashboard.

Support response times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in a paid plan or offer.

We may refuse support for users who abuse staff, violate these Terms, submit fraudulent requests, open abusive disputes, or attempt to bypass dashboard protections.

13. Intellectual property

XRECEIPT, including its website, dashboard design, software, templates, layout, copy, graphics, code, workflows, feature structure, and branding, is owned by XRECEIPT or its respective licensors.

You may not copy, resell, clone, redistribute, scrape, reproduce, modify, publish, reverse engineer, or create a competing service using XRECEIPT materials without written permission.

14. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the service
  • You share, resell, or leak a license key
  • You attempt to bypass access controls
  • You abuse free access or device limits
  • You submit fraudulent refund claims or chargebacks
  • You use XRECEIPT for unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited purposes
  • We are required to do so by law or a payment provider

Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

XRECEIPT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, template accuracy, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that XRECEIPT will meet your expectations, generate a specific result, increase sales, improve marketplace performance, prevent disputes, or remain compatible with any third-party platform.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XRECEIPT and its owners, operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, account restrictions, marketplace bans, payment disputes, third-party claims, business interruption, or misuse of generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to XRECEIPT will not exceed the amount you paid to XRECEIPT for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website or dashboard with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of XRECEIPT after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
