Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for XRECEIPT, including Premium access, Single Receipt access, temporary licenses, promotional licenses, dashboard access, and any other paid digital features offered through xreceipt.store or app.xreceipt.store.
By purchasing from XRECEIPT, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and any purchase terms shown at checkout.

1. Digital product notice
XRECEIPT sells digital access, digital licenses, and online dashboard features. These products are delivered electronically and may become available immediately after purchase.
By purchasing, you request immediate access to the digital product and understand that once a license key, dashboard access, or paid feature access is delivered, activated, used, or made available, the purchase becomes non-refundable except where required by law.
Before purchasing, you should review the product description, pricing, included features, limitations, supported templates, device limits, and free access options.
2. Free access before purchase
XRECEIPT may offer a free receipt or limited free access so users can test the dashboard before purchasing.
Because a free option may be available, paid purchases should only be made after you are satisfied that XRECEIPT is suitable for your needs.
Free access may include limitations such as watermarking, limited templates, limited vendor directory preview, limited receipt history, or other restrictions.
3. General refund rule
All digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been delivered, activated, used, or made available.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Premium lifetime access
- Single Receipt access
- Temporary licenses
- Promotional licenses
- Dashboard access
- Vendor directory access
- Listing Analyzer access
- Receipt history access
- Other paid digital features
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed only under the limited cases listed below.
4. Refunds we may consider
We may consider a refund only in limited cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same product
- Accidental double charge caused by a checkout or payment error
- License key not delivered and support is unable to verify or resolve the issue
- Paid access cannot be activated due to a technical issue caused by XRECEIPT, and support is unable to fix it within a reasonable time
- You were charged incorrectly due to a confirmed system error
- Refund is required by applicable law
Refund requests must be sent to help@xreceipt.store with your order email, order ID if available, product purchased, payment date, a clear explanation of the issue, and screenshots or proof if relevant.
We may ask for additional verification before reviewing a refund request.
5. Refunds we do not provide
We do not provide refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Not reading the product description before buying
- Purchasing the wrong product when the product was clearly labelled
- Expecting features that were not advertised
- Not liking the current template selection
- A specific store, brand, vendor, or template not being available
- Template changes, removals, updates, or redesigns
- Not using the product after purchase
- Forgetting to use the product
- Losing access because you shared, leaked, resold, or abused your license key
- Losing access because you violated the Terms and Conditions
- Attempting to use more devices than allowed
- Device or browser issues caused by clearing storage, using unsupported browsers, extensions, VPNs, private browsing, or unusual device configurations
- Temporary downtime, maintenance, or short service interruptions
- Third-party payment delays or email inbox filtering
- Marketplace bans, buyer disputes, seller disputes, failed listings, failed sales, or third-party platform issues
- Any use of XRECEIPT for prohibited, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
6. Single Receipt purchases
Single Receipt purchases are intended for one-time digital access.
A Single Receipt purchase is non-refundable once receipt generation access has been delivered, opened, used, or made available, except where required by law.
7. Premium lifetime access
Premium lifetime access is a digital license for the lifetime of the XRECEIPT product or service, not the lifetime of the buyer.
Premium lifetime access is non-refundable once the license or access has been delivered, activated, used, or made available, except where required by law.
Premium access may change over time as features, templates, infrastructure, providers, or dashboard tools are updated.
8. License delivery issues
If you do not receive your license key, check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still cannot find it, contact help@xreceipt.store with your order email and proof of purchase.
If your payment can be verified, we may resend your license or help restore access.
Failure to check the correct inbox or entering the wrong email at checkout does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will try to help verify and correct delivery where possible.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you open a chargeback, bank dispute, PayPal dispute, card dispute, or similar payment claim, XRECEIPT may suspend or restrict your license and dashboard access while the dispute is reviewed.
Opening a chargeback after receiving or using digital access may be treated as a violation of our Terms and Conditions if the dispute is false, abusive, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to provide payment providers with proof of delivery, access logs, license activation records, checkout records, support messages, and relevant account activity.
If a dispute is resolved against XRECEIPT after access has been delivered or used, your license may be permanently disabled.
10. Abuse prevention
Refund requests may be denied if we detect:
- License sharing
- Multiple accounts used to bypass limits
- Free trial abuse
- Device limit abuse
- Suspicious payment activity
- Attempted reverse engineering or bypassing access controls
- Prohibited use
- Repeated purchases and refund requests
- False claims about delivery, access, or product functionality
11. Legal rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a refund, withdrawal right, repair, replacement, price reduction, or other remedy, XRECEIPT will comply with those legal requirements.
12. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website or dashboard with a revised “Last updated” date.
The policy that applies to your purchase is the policy available at the time of purchase, unless a later version is required by law or is more favorable to you.
